PERSEVERANCE is to persist, to strive in spite of difficulties. PERSEVERANCE rises from the spirit, like a sleeping giant, when we have reached a barrier that says we can’t. It awakens our determination and enables us to move beyond our limits, coaxing from us just enough effort to keep moving, to keep reaching and striving despite the weariness, pain or despair. The person that PERSEVERES is one that has love of family, selflessness, a sense of commitment. Anyone can PERSEVERE. It is a necessary virtue because sometimes, perhaps too many times, it is the only answer, the only course of action left. 

To PERSEVERE is a sign of spiritual strength. There is absolutely nothing that can defeat PERSEVERANCE, not fatigue and not pain. The first step of PERSEVERANCE is from within. One must always remember that; darkness, despair, pain and the absence of hope are what PERSEVERANCE thrives on. REMEMBER AGAIN; when failure shakes your self-confidence, that is the time to pause and REACH INSIDE, and try again. THAT IS PERSEVERANCE. SUCCESS IS SOMETIMES AFTER YOU PICK YOURSELF UP, AFTER FAILURE. The steps in your walk in life, are a lesson in PERSEVERANCE.
